These terms govern access to the hezoujib platform and its use, both by clients sending a parcel and by carriers offering a seat. Creating an account means accepting them.
hezoujib connects carriers travelling from Europe to Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco with people who have a parcel to send. Signing up means accepting these terms and the privacy policy.
The platform is free today. If a subscription is introduced for carriers, it will be announced at least 30 days in advance and will remain a symbolic amount.
Each person may hold only one account, with accurate and up-to-date information.
The carrier sets their price per kilo freely. The outbound and return legs are priced separately, and the currency shown is that of the trip's departure country. The price announced at booking time cannot be renegotiated along the way.
The client alone is responsible for what they hand over. The carrier may refuse or open a parcel whose contents do not match the description.
Liability for the loss of or damage to a parcel lies with the carrier, within the limits of their goods insurance. hezoujib answers only for the proper working of the platform and guarantees neither the announced times nor customs clearance.
In case of a dispute, file a report: we make the history of the trip, messages and statuses available, and may warn, suspend or block an account.
Posts, reviews and thanks must stay factual and respectful. Hateful speech, third-party personal data, off-platform offers and commercial content unrelated to transport are removed without notice.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive jurisdiction is Geneva, subject to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers residing in the European Union, who keep the right to bring proceedings before the court of their domicile.
